“Cinq” is French for five — as in five stars. It's our only standard.
How It Works
- 01We track new five-star hotel openings worldwide — from Aman to Waldorf Astoria, independent boutiques to global brands.
- 02Each hotel is featured from its opening date for exactly three years.
- 03Hotels approaching their three-year anniversary are marked as "Leaving Soon" — your last chance to experience them in their debut era.
- 04After three years, they graduate. New hotels take their place. The collection is always evolving.
